This recipe was passed down to me by my late grandfather, I've just vegan-ized it, but from here I'll just be sharing his words, so please enjoy!

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Blend together the first five ingredients and pour over the hot rice.
  2. Toss and set aside to cool
  3. When cool, add the remaining ingredients and toss to mix. Chill thoroughly.
